Solid Choice for Organic Wine

Thinking about trying Organic Wine Exchange? I just got my first delivery from their Mixed Wine Club, and so far, I'm pretty impressed with the selection. They have a good range, and it's nice to know everything is sustainably sourced, but I wish their return policy for corked wine was a bit clearer on the website; I had to dig a little to find it. Still, the quality for the price is great, especially compared to some other clubs I've looked at like Plonk or Naked Wines.

Consistent quality for my club

I've been a member of their Mixed Wine Club for over a year now, and I just received my latest quarterly shipment. It included some great Red Wine and a refreshing White Wine. This order, like all the others, arrived without any issues and the selection was varied and enjoyable. They've been very consistent with their quality and delivery schedule. I appreciate that they always introduce new options while keeping some of my favorites in rotation. That's why I keep coming back.

My order processed quickly, but the delivery took 7 business days to reach my home in Florida, which felt a bit long. The packaging was very secure though, everything arrived intact, no breakage. I had a question about one of the biodynamic wines and used their online chat support; the response was friendly but took a few hours. The wines themselves were quite good, especially the Malbec, it was smooth and exactly as described. The usability of the site was great for finding specific types of wine, but I wish shipping was a tad faster. Overall a solid experience, just factor in some extra time for delivery.
